Bay Care - - Responsibilities:
Assist in implementing treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist;
Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, and functional ADL (Activities of Daily Living) mobility interventions;
Monitor and document patient progress, reporting changes to the supervising therapist;
Educate patients and families on exercises and techniques to support recovery;
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including nurses, physicians, and occupational therapists
