Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) –
A skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team. In this role, you will provide therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, assisting in the implementation of individualized treatment plans to support patient rehabilitation and recovery.

Key Responsibilities- Provide Occupational Therapy services as directed by the Occupational Therapist.
- Assist in patient evaluations and assessments as needed.
- Support the development and execution of individualized treatment plans, including short-term and long-term goals.
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions under Occupational Therapist supervision.
- Communicate patient progress and any concerns to the Occupational Therapist.
- Document patient treatment and progress in medical records.
- Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Active state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
- Current CPR certification.
