• Implement clinical and education programs.
• Be responsible for quality improvement.
• Conduct research activities and serve as an expert resource for both patients and providers.
• May also be responsible for the ADA Recognized Program process and community support programs.
• Ensure team members obtain CDCES - Diabetes certification within two years of hire or transfer date.

• Registered Dietitian License (RD)
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• 2 years of Registered Dietitian experience is required.
• CDCES certification - preferred
