Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients to determine their physical limitations, strengths, and individual rehabilitation needs.
  • Devise and implement detailed, personalized treatment and care plans focusing on restoring function, alleviating pain, and improving mobility.
  • Utilize specialized techniques including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and various modalities to deliver hands-on therapy.
  • Regularly monitor and document patient progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal results.
  • Provide education to patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and self-management strategies to enhance recovery.
  • Maintain proactive communication with patients and the healthcare team regarding progress, challenges, and adjustments needed in treatment methodologies.
  • Actively participate in team meetings to discuss patient outcomes and strategies for continual improvement of care delivery.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will have the privilege of working with a diverse patient demographic, including individuals recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic conditions, as well as those with neurological and musculoskeletal disorders. Our patients range from adolescents to elderly individuals, each requiring tailored therapeutic approaches to ensure their distinct recovery goals are met effectively.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program;
    Master's Degree preferred.
  • Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.
  • At least two years of relevant experience as a Physical Therapist in a clinical or rehabilitation setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to delivering patient-centered care.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, exhibiting initiative and adaptability.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with diverse patient populations and conditions to guide effective treatment plans.
  • Familiarity with modern rehabilitation technologies and methods is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle complex cases with enthusiasm and innovative approaches.
Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
