Physical Therapist

Strong Human Therapy Solutions is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Clearwater, Florida. This is a full-time position focused on delivering exceptional patient care in an onsite rehabilitation center. You will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and creating individualized treatment plans to support our patients' rehabilitation journeys.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to understand their medical history and current physical condition.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific rehabilitation goals.
• Monitor patients' progress carefully and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about effective techniques to manage their conditions and prevent further injuries.
• Document all patient interactions, progress, treatment modalities, and outcomes in compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Collaborate with other health care professionals to provide a holistic approach to patient care, ensuring all aspects of the patient's health are addressed.

You will work with a diverse population ranging from post-surgical rehabilitation patients to those suffering from chronic conditions. Our clients span various age groups, and you will provide tailored interventions that suit the specific challenges they face. Your role will directly influence their recovery and enhance their quality of life.

• Active Florida State licensure as a Physical Therapist is a must.
• A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with patients and their families.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple patient cases effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• A proven ability to think critically and solve problems as they arise in patient treatment scenarios.

We prefer candidates with prior experience in outpatient rehabilitation settings, particularly those familiar with treating orthopedic and neurological conditions. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation requirements is advantageous.
