As a Medical Office Coordinator, you will support the Site Manager in overseeing daily operations within the practice while helping ensure an exceptional patient and team member experience. This role combines revenue cycle responsibilities, team leadership, training, and operational coordination to ensure efficient office performance.
- Supporting the Site Manager in leading front and back-office operations
- Coordinating revenue cycle activities, including check-in, check-out, payment collection, and appointment scheduling
- Assisting with scheduling procedures and surgeries
- Handling patient inquiries and resolving workflow concerns
- Entering orders and maintaining accurate patient information
- Monitoring patient flow and supporting efficient clinic operations
- Utilizing various computer systems to manage schedules and patient records
- Training and onboarding team members
Assisting with team member evaluations and performance development - Maintaining a professional and positive office environment
- Serving as the leader in charge during the manager's absence
- Performing other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Two (2) years of healthcare experience
- Experience in a Supervisory, Coordinator, Team Leader, or Management role
