The Pharmacy Technician - 340B - supports the oversight and daily operations of the organization's 340B Drug Pricing Program. This role assists the 340B Program Manager with claims review, data validation, and routine compliance activities to ensure program integrity, optimize savings, and maintain adherence to all regulatory requirements. The technician will also perform additional duties as assigned to support program efficiency and organizational goals.

• Claims Review & Data Validation
  • Perform routine and ad-hoc 340B claims review to verify accuracy and program eligibility.
  • Validate data to identify and resolve discrepancies in claims, accumulations, and purchase records.
  • Document findings and elevate concerns or trends to the 340B Program Manager.
• Compliance & Audit Support
  • Assist with ongoing monitoring to ensure adherence to HRSA, manufacturer, and internal 340B program requirements.
  • Support internal and external audit activities by preparing requested data, reports, and documentation.
  • Maintain organized records to ensure audit readiness and traceability.
• Program Operations & Optimization
  • Assist with inventory, replenishment, and accumulation workflows in collaboration with pharmacy and contract pharmacy teams.
  • Support the generation and review of program reports, including utilization, savings, and performance trends.
  • Participate in identifying opportunities to enhance program efficiency and 340B savings.
• Cross-Department Collaboration
  • Work closely with pharmacy, finance, IT, and clinic operations to support accurate data flow and timely issue resolution.
  • Assist in communicating process changes, updates, or findings as directed by the Program Manager.
  • Participate in training and education efforts related to 340B policies and procedures.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB), preferred.
• Completion of a Florida approved pharmacy technician program (State of Florida Pharmacy Technician Registration).
• Minimum (1) year of 340B experience, preferred.

Licenses, Certification or Registration:

• State of Florida Pharmacy Technician Registration, required.
• 340B ACE, preferred.
