Buffalo Lodging Associates is seeking a Front Desk Agent/Guest Service Representative for the Fairfield by Marriott in Clearwater, FL. You will greet guests, handle check-in/out in the PMS, manage reservations, and assist with guest needs with a friendly, professional attitude.
The role requires hotel front desk experience, high school diploma or equivalent, and strong computer skills (PMS, Word, Excel, intranet). Evening shifts are standard (3 PM–11 PM) with weekend flexibility.
