Our client, a leading organization in the professional beauty industry, is seeking an Employee Relations Manager - HR to join their team. As an Employee Relations Manager - HR, you will be part of the Human Resources division supporting the Salon Centric Commercial team. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, proactive problem‑solving abilities, and a commitment to fostering an inclusive and positive workplace environment that aligns successfully with the organization.

Pay Range: $45 - 50/hr
What's the Job?- Partner with regional HR Business Partners and line managers to provide expert coaching on progressive discipline, conflict resolution, and corrective action.
- Develop and deliver training programs for managers focused on leading with empathy, effective documentation, and labor law compliance.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Employee Relations issues, providing balanced perspectives that mitigate risk while supporting business objectives.
- Evaluate current ER intake and investigation processes to identify bottlenecks; design and implement streamlined, scalable workflows.
- Conduct thorough, objective investigations into high‑level or sensitive complaints.
- 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years dedicated specifically to Employee Relations or Labor Relations in a multi‑state capacity.
- Exceptional ability to navigate sensitive conversations with neutrality and empathy.
- Influential verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to leadership.
- Proven project management skills, with a track record of leading process improvement initiatives from conception to execution.
- Experience in retail or the professional beauty industry is highly desirable.
