Ameri Life is seeking a proactive Recruiting Coordinator to support interview scheduling for managers across the company. You will make outbound calls to candidates in the ATS, answer inbound inquiries, and coordinate with Hiring Managers to keep interview timing aligned with hiring goals.
In this role you will enter data accurately, use our systems to source and engage qualified candidates, and strive to meet or exceed appointment setting targets within defined guidelines.
