Position: Sales Executive – SAP ALM Solutions (Partner Channel)

THE ROLE:

We're looking for a Sales Executive who gets it: someone who's been in the trenches of SAP implementations and enterprise change management. You'll manage our partner channel, and we need you to speak the language of CIOs, SAP program leaders, enterprise architects, and delivery executives because you've lived their challenges.

This isn't just a "sell software" role. This is about helping enterprises solve real governance problems as they navigate SAP transformations, Solution Manager retirement, and the shift to modern ALM operating models.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Manage and grow our partner channel, building relationships with SAP system implementation partners and software partners (SAP, Service Now, Atlassian/Jira, and Microsoft/Azure Dev Ops)
  • Lead sales cycles with enterprise customers who are navigating SAP S/4

    HANA transformations, Solution Manager retirement, or SAP Cloud ALM adoption
  • Translate customer challenges into solutions, leveraging your firsthand experience with SAP delivery and change management as a trusted advisor
  • Uncover requirements to understand the customer's existing practices and landscape complexity: parallel projects, retrofit scenarios, compliance requirements, Dev Ops aspirations
  • Work alongside our technical team, leading pre-sales discovery sessions, solution design, and proof-of-concept engagements
  • Drive pipeline activity through partner enablement, joint go-to-market initiatives, and strategic account planning
WHAT YOU BRING:
  • Local to Clearwater/Tampa, FL. This role requires daily in-person collaboration
  • Hands-on SAP experience through implementation projects, IT change management, or SAP program leadership
  • Real-world knowledge of SAP ALM challenges: transport management, landscape complexity, integration with enterprise change processes
  • Familiarity with the ALM toolchain: SAP Solution Manager, SAP Cloud ALM, Service Now, Jira, Azure Dev Ops, and how they fit together (or don't)
  • Credibility with senior stakeholders. CIOs, SAP program leaders, and enterprise architects trust you because you've been there
  • Sales or business development experience. You know how to qualify opportunities, manage complex sales cycles, and close deals
