Primary Responsibilities Sales Operations & Process Design- Define, document, and maintain IT platform standards for Microsoft 365, Entra , device builds, SharePoint, and data governance aligned to existing IT blueprints and roadmaps.
- Operate a consistent governance cadence including role-based access reviews, change control expectations, and reporting on standard adherence.
- Maintain a centralized governance library ensuring policies, standards, and runbooks are easy to locate, review, and update.
- Operate cash register and ticket software
- Maintain a comprehensive registry of IT vendors and SaaS platforms, including scope of services, SLAs, renewal dates, contacts, escalation paths, and criticality.
- Lead quarterly vendor review cycles using scorecards to evaluate service quality, responsiveness, documentation, and compliance.
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and venue leadership to ensure contracts and SLAs meet security, documentation, and event support expectations.
- Coordinate with MSPs and technology partners to ensure clear incident handling, project workflows, and escalation paths.
- Responsible for licensing hygiene across key platforms, including renewal calendars, utilization reporting, and decision checkpoints.
- Identify and recommend opportunities to optimize licensing and reduce waste while maintaining required capabilities.
- Establish and enforce standard license patterns by role and venue to ensure consistency and predictability.
- Maintain IT support for PCI and related compliance efforts, including system diagrams, asset inventories, and documentation of controls and reviews.
- Coordinate IT inputs for PCI SAQs and assessments, ensuring evidence is readily available.
- Work with SOC and security partners to align detections, runbooks, and KPIs with governance requirements and audit needs.
- Define minimum runbook standards and scoring criteria for venues; drive completion with IT, vendors, and venue leadership.
- Ensure runbooks are updated when systems or vendors change and that transitions include proper documentation handoff.
- Track and report governance KPIs such as runbook completeness, vendor documentation status, standards review cadence, and policy adherence.
- Partner with IT Support, Deployment teams, regional/venue IT, and venue leadership to ensure standards and vendor expectations support event-ready operations.
- Collect feedback from venues on vendor performance, documentation quality, and incident patterns to improve governance and priorities.
- Participate in post-incident and post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and update standards and runbooks.
