Candidates MUST reside in Florida or be willing to relocate

• Leads the design, integration, and governance of artificial intelligence (AI) solutions across the hospital system.
• Bridges clinical, operational, and technical domains to ensure AI initiatives align with Bay Care's mission.
• Establish AI governance frameworks, including model validation, bias mitigation, and ethical use.
• Ensure all AI initiatives meet regulatory and privacy requirements.
• Design and implement AI-driven automation solutions to reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and enhance patient and staff experiences.

• Required
  
  Education:
  
  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Required Experience: 7+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, with at least 1 year focused on AI/ML.
• Experience in Healthcare IT environments strongly preferred.

• Proficiency with AI/ML platforms (e.g., CoPilot Studio, Azure AI, AWS Sage Maker, Google Vertex AI).
• Strong understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance in healthcare.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Familiarity with EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner) and experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision in clinical contexts preferred.
