We’re looking for a highly skilled CRO Designer who can move fast, think strategically, and execute without constant oversight. This role sits at the intersection of design, marketing, user experience, and performance—ideal for someone who understands how to create and optimize web experiences that increase conversions, improve customer journeys, and support rapid campaign execution.
Location: Clearwater (In-Office)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
- Design and optimize high-converting landing pages, advertorials, and listicle-style pages
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to launch, test, and improve campaigns
- Create user-focused web experiences that improve conversion rates and engagement
- Execute CRO strategies through layout improvements, messaging hierarchy, CTA placement, and UX enhancements
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and page concepts in Figma or similar design tools
- Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and experiments
- Analyze user behavior and campaign performance to identify optimization opportunities
- Conduct and support A/B testing initiatives across landing pages and ecommerce experiences
- Ensure all pages are responsive, visually polished, and optimized for desktop and mobile
- Maintain brand consistency while balancing creativity with performance-driven design
- Work quickly and efficiently while maintaining high standards for quality and organization
- Proven experience designing conversion-focused ecommerce and marketing pages
- Strong understanding of CRO (conversion rate optimization) principles and UX/UI best practices
- Experience creating:
- Landing pages
- Advertorials
- Listicle-style content
- Conversion-focused ecommerce experiences
- Proficiency in Figma and modern web design workflows
- Strong understanding of user psychology, customer journeys, and conversion strategy
- Familiarity with A/B testing platforms, heatmaps, analytics tools, and performance reporting
- Ability to execute quickly (ideal: landing pages completed within 48 hours)
- Strong attention to detail, layout structure, typography, and mobile responsiveness
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with marketing and development teams
- Organized, self-directed, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with Shopify or Shopify Plus
- Familiarity with tools like Klaviyo, Rebuy, Recharge, or similar ecommerce platforms
- Experience with Google Analytics, Hotjar, Crazy Egg, or other CRO tools
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and web development workflows
- Experience designing within fast-paced direct response or DTC ecommerce environments
