YourMission
We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to join our internal marketing team and drive growth for ourthree in-house brands (Postcard Mania, PCM Integrations and Rocket Print & Mail). This role isnot client-facing—you’ll focus exclusively on building, optimizing, and scaling paid and organic search and paid social programs that support our company’s own marketing goals.

ScheduleIn-Office Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
What You’ll Do- Own and manage
Search Engine Marketing across our three internal brands - Develop and execute
SEO strategies to improve rankings, traffic, and conversion rates - Plan, launch, and optimize
PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and related platforms - Manage and scalepaid social advertising across platforms such as Meta, Tik Tok, Linked In and others as needed
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and ongoing performance optimization
- Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, web, analytics) to align messaging and landing pages
- Monitor budgets, bids, and pacing to maximize ROI
- Track, analyze, and report on performance using analytics tools and dashboards
- Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices
- Experience marketing B2B services or SaaS
- Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing page testing
- Agency or in-house marketing experience (or both)

- 3+ years of experience inSEM, SEO, and paid media management
- Proven success managing
PPC and paid social campaigns with measurable results - Strong understanding of SEO best practices, technical SEO, and content optimization
- Experience with tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO platforms (SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action
- Comfortable managing multiple brands simultaneously
