Position Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for leading the successful delivery of hellocare implementations for our customers. This role serves as the primary point of contact for all customer stakeholders, including clinical, technical, and operational leaders, and is accountable for ensuring deployments are executed smoothly, on time, and in alignment with hellocare’s delivery methodology. The Project Manager owns end-to-end delivery and is fully accountable for planning, progress, communication, risk management, and overall delivery outcomes across the delivery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain strong relationships with clinical, technical, and operational customer stakeholders, providing advice and leadership throughout all implementation phases.
  • Translate customer scope and expectations into clear delivery plans, coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer goals are understood and achieved.
  • Maintain delivery plans, schedules, and status reporting that provide transparency to customers and internal delivery leadership.
  • Ensure all project deliverables align with hellocare’s delivery methodology, quality standards, and customer expectations.
  • Identify, track, and resolve risks, issues, dependencies, or changes in scope that could impact delivery outcomes.
  • Facilitate customer working sessions, operational reviews, and updates for customer project leadership to drive alignment and decision‑making.
  • Ensure go‑live readiness through coordination of training, validation of the configured solution, and a structured transition plan to ongoing support.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of project management experience; healthcare technology experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
  • Experience working with cross‑functional teams in technical or healthcare environments
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience delivering telehealth, virtual care, or healthcare IT solutions
  • Familiarity with hospital operations, clinical workflows, or patient‑facing technologies
  • Experience working in fast‑growing or scaling organizations with evolving delivery processes
  • Experience with on‑site deployments, go‑lives, and operational transitions in healthcare settings
  • PMP, CSM, or other relevant project management certification
