Service Desk Lead (Onsite, Clearwater, FL)

Hiring a Lead Service Desk professional to oversee IT support operations and serve as a technical expert within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include:

Lead day-to-day service desk operations and provide Tier 2/3 support across the organization.

Troubleshoot and maintain legacy systems (e.g., Windows XP, Server 2003) and modern infrastructure (e.g., Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2019/2022, cloud services, networked printing).

Support printing systems, perform hardware diagnostics, repairs, upgrades, manage OS deployments, and document support issues using ticketing systems.

Monitor manufacturing-related systems, collaborate with infrastructure and application teams, train junior technicians, and participate in IT projects.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of IT support experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.

Experience in manufacturing environments supporting hardware/software setups.

Proficiency with Windows OS (XP, 7, 10, 11), Server OS ), and hardware support.

Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and ticketing systems.

Location: Onsite in Clearwater, FL
Hours: 1st shift
Duration: Contract-to-hire
Pay: $30-$32/hr, with potential for conversion to salary + benefits, PTO, 401k match
