Senior Systems Analyst – Research

Bay Care Health System – Hybrid (Tuesday‑Thursday in office, Monday & Friday remote)

• Provide program and project system support, including scope, objectives, and electronic data capture builds (Red Cap) and related clinical project management systems.
• Report data queries and visualizations using Tableau analytics.
• Recommend and prepare technical procedures and designs for new or existing applications, and navigate interfaces between Bay Care systems.
• Analyze and revise existing logic problems and documentation as needed.
• Collaborate with Information Services to test and debug.
• Take ownership of resolving product or implementation issues.
• Plan for project database development lifecycle: requirements gathering, design.
• Maintain knowledge of multiple core technical areas or business processes.
• Lead projects as assigned, ensure client communication and satisfaction, provide ongoing technical support.
• Perform quality assurance reviews, test, debug, document, and deliver system modifications and upgrades.
• May work on multiple software applications and support multiple institutions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Formulate and define system scope and objectives based on customer needs.
• Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems.
• Prepare detailed specifications for program development.
• Use application language code and tools for program modifications.
• Select a project leader role for designated projects.

• Required:
  
  High School or Equivalent.
• Preferred:
  Bachelor’s in a Related Field.
• Preferred:
  Master’s in a Related Field.

• Required:
  
  3 years systems analyst.

Yes. Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Weekend work: occasional.
