Job Description:
Litigation Paralegal – Full Time, Onsite (Clearwater, FL)
Are you an experienced litigation paralegal seeking a dynamic, collaborative environment? Join our team in beautiful Clearwater, Florida, where you’ll work directly with senior counsel on complex litigation matters.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, trial preparation, and post-trial motions.
• Organize and maintain case files, legal documents, and evidence.
• Draft, review, and file legal documents, including motions, pleadings, discovery requests, and responses.
• Manage case calendars and ensure deadlines are met for filings, hearings, and other legal proceedings.
• Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts for depositions, interviews, and trial preparation.
• Research legal precedents, statutes, and case law relevant to ongoing litigation.
• Review and analyze documents in complex litigation cases.
• Provide general support for attorneys in the preparation and management of complex litigation cases.
Qualifications:
• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on business action cases.
• Proficient in My-Case management software and MS Office Suite.
• Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Paralegal certification or equivalent education is preferred.
