- Manage and update supply chain data in SAP (ERP system) including purchase orders, inventory records, and material movements
- Perform daily data entry, tracking, and reporting of supply chain activities
- Analyze supply chain data using Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, charts)
- Monitor inventory levels and support stock replenishment activities
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, production, and warehouse teams
- Support order processing, shipping, and receiving operations
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory or system data
- Generate regular reports for supply chain performance and KPIs
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives for supply chain processes
