Responsibilities
- Support daily supply chain and inventory management activities.
- Create, track, and update purchase orders in SAP
. - Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.
- Generate and analyze reports using Microsoft Excel
. - Coordinate with procurement, logistics, warehouse, and operations teams.
- Track shipments and assist with order fulfillment activities.
- Ensure data accuracy in supply chain systems and reports.
- Assist in resolving inventory, delivery, and supply chain issues.
- Maintain documentation and support process improvement initiatives.
- Experience working in a Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, or Operations role
- Hands‑on experience with SAP
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, reporting, spreadsheets, basic formulas)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
