Services Specialist – Clearwater, FL (Onsite)
Schedule:Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Position Overview:Adecco is seeking a detail‑oriented and customer‑focused Services Specialist to join our client's team in Clearwater, FL. This onsite role provides critical administrative support to the Customer Services Order Fulfillment team and plays a key role in ensuring accurate order processing, logistics coordination, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the Customer Services Order Fulfillment team.
- Process, track, and maintain customer transactions and service orders.
- Support order management activities, including order intake, verification, validation, and data entry.
- Monitor and track warehouse logistics, shipping activities, and repair orders throughout the fulfillment process.
- Coordinate shipment transactions, order closeout activities, and post‑shipment documentation and filing.
- Access and utilize internal systems, portals, and Oracle/ERP platforms to ensure data accuracy and timely processing.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals, service levels, and daily productivity metrics.
- Support additional administrative and operational functions as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
, including advanced Microsoft Excel skills. - Previous experience working with Oracle ERP or similar order management systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
- Self‑motivated and capable of working independently while also thriving in a team‑oriented environment.
- Comfortable asking questions, seeking clarification when needed, and working with minimal supervision.

Pay Details:$22.00 per hour
