Job Description

As a Shipping & Receiving Specialist - Level 5 here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in managing the shipping and receiving operations to ensure efficient and accurate movement of materials and products. Your expertise will support the supply chain functions by maintaining timely and precise inventory control, coordinating shipments, and facilitating smooth logistics processes.

You will report directly to our supervisor and you’ll work out of our Clearwater, FL location on an On-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the overall supply chain efficiency by ensuring that shipping and receiving activities are executed flawlessly, contributing to customer satisfaction and operational excellence within the Aero business segment.

• Manage and coordinate all shipping and receiving activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and products.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular audits to ensure inventory integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, logistics, and manufacturing to resolve any shipping or receiving issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to shipping and receiving operations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance shipping and receiving efficiency and accuracy.

• Proven experience in shipping and receiving within a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and shipping logistics processes.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and ERP software to track shipments and inventory accurately.
• Ability to handle shipping documentation, compliance requirements, and coordinate with carriers and logistics providers.
• Experience in identifying process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Experience working in aerospace or related industries.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and safety standards in shipping and receiving.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
