Join Tely Rx as a Shipping Associate and Deliver More Than a Package - Deliver Peace of Mind.
At Tely Rx, every shipment matters because every package represents a patient counting on us. We're looking for a Shipping Associate who is passionate about accuracy, quality, and delivering an exceptional patient experience.
Every prescription a patient orders passes through your hands before it reaches their door. As a Shipping Associate you run the full line. Shipping outbound orders, with the accuracy and care that medication demands. Shipping is the smallest team in Operations and the last hands on the order, which makes it one of the most consequential: you are the final step in the production cycle, the one that decides whether the work of the whole pharmacy reaches the patient on time.
This is fast, physical, detail-driven work in a regulated operation. You work to a clear standard, and you use good judgment to keep the line moving when volume swings.
This per diem opportunity is more than moving boxes - it's about making a meaningful impact. You'll join a collaborative team that values accountability, continuous improvement, and doing what's right for our patients every single day.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, take pride in quality, and want your work to make a real difference, we'd love to have you on the Tely Rx team.

- Every order you process, from packing to carrier handoff: correct contents, correct label, intact package, on time. What leaves your station is yours.
- The receiving line on inbound product: verified counts, packaging integrity, and a clean, documented handoff to the pharmacy, up to the point stock is placed into pharmacy inventory.
- Your station and the cold chain on every temperature-sensitive shipment.
- Pack, ship, and label Rx, OTC, and prescription orders to SOP and carrier rules, generating shipping labels, end-of-day manifests, and bills of lading in the shipping system (Ship Station or equivalent), and closing the day’s manifest clean.
- Verify every outbound order before it ships: match the packing slip, medication, quantity, and patient address, and catch a mismatch, damage, or label error before it leaves the building.
- Receive and check in inbound product: count against the manifest, confirm packaging integrity, QC the receipt, resolve or elevate discrepancies, and hand off cleanly to the pharmacy for shelf placement.
- Build cold-chain pack-outs to the validated configuration, matching insulation and coolant to the product and the transit window so nothing arrives out of temperature.
- Operate the tools of the line safely, RF scanners, label printers, pallet jacks, dollies, and hand tools, holding scan compliance and chain of custody at every step.
- Coordinate carrier pickups and hand-offs across UPS, Fed Ex, USPS, and regional and courier partners, and serve as backup for direct-inject drop-offs at carrier hubs when needed.
- Work exceptions on the floor: address corrections, reroutes, return-to-sender, and service-level upgrades, monitoring the Shipping and CXP queues to keep orders moving.
- Run inventory cycle counts and keep packaging and shipping supplies stocked, flagging low levels before they stop the line.
- Hold productivity at the daily standard, roughly 250 to 300 shipments per day adjusted to volume, with accuracy first, and flex to help the team clear peaks.
- Keep your area clean, organized, audit-ready, and safe, and protect patient privacy and HIPAA at all times.
The numbers here are a shared, visible picture of how the work is going, and they are tied to how we recognize good work, not a stick to swing. You always know where you stand.

- Receiving handled end to end, with a clean handoff to the pharmacy.
- Output at or near the daily standard, accuracy first.
