Lot Associate - Quality Boats Clearwater

Position Summary: Lot associates are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the lot where marine vehicles and equipment are stored for their respective One Water Marine store.

• Assist with the organization and maintenance of the lot. Ensure all boats, trailers and other equipment are stored properly.
• Safely move and transport boats and equipment as needed to support sales, service, and customer needs.
• Conduct regular inspections of boats and equipment for damage or maintenance. Report any issues to management.
• Assist in preparing boats for deliveries. Support in the receiving and unloading of new inventory.
• Demonstrate attentiveness when customers are on the lot, assisting as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and protocols to ensure the lot is safe for all employees and customers.
• Partner with other team members to ensure operational and customer needs are prioritized and met.
• Maintain knowledge, training, and certifications for equipment use.
• Any other duties as assigned.

• Ability to operate forklifts, boats, and other equipment, or willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well with a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, with a clean driving record.
• Prior experience in a similar role or in the marine industry is a plus, but not required.

Heavy work including moving objects up to 100 pounds or more.
