Base pay range: $14.00/hr - $20.00/hr

Full-time, Monday to Friday day shift (7:45 am – 5:45 pm). No nights, weekends, or holidays.

• Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards.
• Follow the proven cleaning process to delight customers and encourage repeat visits.
• Communicate with customers and team members in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• Maintain and safely operate a company vehicle (if hired as Team Lead).
• Check and maintain basic cleaning equipment and supplies inside the vehicle.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Completed a background check.
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks.
• Available to work Monday through Friday during the day (7:45 am – 5:45 pm).
• Bilingual preferred; must be able to communicate with clients.
