• Diagnose and repair automatic and manual transmissions, torque converters, and related components.
• Must be able to fully disassemble a transmission and reassemble.
• Perform thorough inspections to identify mechanical and electronic faults in vehicles  transmission systems.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment and software to pinpoint issues accurately.
• Collaborate with fellow technicians and service advisors to provide effective solutions and exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, following industry-standard safety practices.

• Proven experience as a Transmission Technician, with a deep understanding of transmission systems and repair techniques.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for accurate problem detection.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
• ASE certification or equivalent qualification preferred.
