• Shift: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
• Days:
  Monday‑Friday

• Perform demand‑based and scheduled preventive maintenance of facility equipment, primarily HVAC systems.
• Comply with departmental, hospital, and regulatory agency codes.
• Maintain facilities and equipment in a hospital or clinic environment.
• Be available to work various shifts and weekends as needed.
• Travel to other Bay Care Health System facilities to perform maintenance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Required: High School or Equivalent
• Preferred: Technical

• Required: FL Driver's License; EPA Certification
• Preferred: Refrigeration Certification

• Required: 5 years as HVAC/R service‑related technician.
• Required: 2 years with building automation systems.
• Preferred: 3 years maintenance in a hospital‑related field.
• Preferred: 1 year high‑rise experience.
