• Location:
  Morton Plant Hospital – Clearwater, Florida

• Status: Full - Time

• Shift: 7:00am – 3:30pm

• Days: Monda
  - Friday

• Perform demand and scheduled preventive maintenance of the facility equipment to primarily include Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and associated systems in accordance with departmental, hospital and regulatory agency codes.

• Specific duties include maintaining facilities and equipment in hospital or clinic environment.

• May be scheduled to work various work shifts and weekends to meet the needs of the hospital not necessarily within the craft lines.

• May require travel to perform necessary maintenance work at other BCHS facilities.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Required: High School or Equivalent

• Preferred: Technical

• Required: FL Driver's License

• Required: EPA Certification

• Preferred: Refrigeration Certification

• Required: 5 years as HVAC/R Service Related Technician

• Required: 2 years Building Automation System

• Preferred: 3 years maintenance in hospital‑related field

• Preferred: 1 year high rise

• Critical thinking skills

• Ability to work on a team

• Organizational Skills

• Computer Skills appropriate to the position

• Time management skills

• Use hand and power tools
