Clearwater Housing Development Corporation (CHDC) is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to maintain and improve the physical quality of their assigned property. Tasks include maintenance in vacant and resident apartments and common areas, with preventative repairs and EPA certificate requirements.
The role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and Capital Maintenance Officer in a full-time schedule, Tue–Sat, 8am–5pm, in Clearwater, FL.
