Richman Property Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor for our Clearwater area properties. You will oversee daily repairs, manage vacant unit prep, and coordinate work across two sites to meet tight deadlines.
The role requires a valid driver’s license, EPA technician certification, and 4+ years in maintenance supervision. Working hours are Monday–Friday with on-call weekends, at two properties in Clearwater and St. Petersburg.
