Lids - 27001 US Highway 19 North - Responsibilities:
Serve as Manager on Duty in the Store Manager’s absence, handling scheduling issues, customer complaints, and daily store operations;
Supervise and coach store associates through training programs, goal setting, and performance feedback;
Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training store personnel on policies and procedures;
Maintain store appearance and merchandizing to brand standards, manage VM and signage;
Oversee cash handling, opening/closing tills, bank drops, and inventory audits to ensure accuracy
