Jobtailor in Florida is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support the Branch Manager and oversee the P&L and end-to-end operations. You will lead HR, quality control, sales, billing, receivables, inventory, scheduling, and collections.
You will drive cost efficiency, ensure compliance across Operations, Finance, HR, Health & Safety, Procurement and Sales & Marketing, and mentor staff through on-the-job training. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
