Responsibilities
- Assist the Branch Manager in managing the P&L and the entire operation.
- Manage human resources, quality control, sales, billing/receivables, inventory, scheduling and collections.
- Assist Operations teams to deliver results through low costs and high efficiency.
- Manage Processes/Compliance:
Operations, Finance, Credit & Collections, HR, Health & Safety, Procurement and Sales & Marketing. - Achieve operational goals/metrics.
- Provide on the job training through self or others.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- A valid driver's license is required if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
- 4+ years of increasing responsibility and managerial experience (prefer construction/installation/trades).
- Full P&L experience.
- Bi-lingual
- English/Spanish (preferred).
