• Leverage clinical expertise to guide health systems on best practices, optimize workflows, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Lead full lifecycle implementations of hellocare’s platform, from deployment to ongoing support, ensuring high-impact results focusing on AI-Assisted Virtual Nursing and Virtual Patient Observation, Virtual Sitting, Clinical Digital Whiteboard, Digital Room Sign, Patient Engagement, and AI Ambient Dictation and Monitoring
• Manage project activities during client onboarding, customizing workflows to accelerate clients’ go-live
• Track and measure KPIs, milestones, and success metrics to ensure smooth transitions and optimal service delivery.
• Collaborate with R&D and product development teams, incorporating client feedback into future innovations.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with key health system clients, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact.
• Continuously optimize service delivery processes, improving efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Stay ahead of industry standards, ensuring hellocare remains compliant with telehealth regulations and trends.
• Proactively resolve service delivery challenges, working cross‑functionally to ensure quick and effective solutions.

• Clinical Expertise:
  At least 5 years of hands‑on clinical experience in a hospital setting.
• Licensure:
  Current RN license required.
• Service Management Expertise:
  Proven experience in managing service delivery and clinical implementations.
• Healthcare Knowledge:
  Deep understanding of telehealth and virtual care regulations and standards.
• Relationship Building:
  Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a focus on client relationships.
• Training & Support:
  Experienced in training healthcare staff and providing ongoing support.
