• True autonomy + executive support (partner directly with VP of Operations)
• Lead a high-impact clinical + operational team
• Salary range $95K-$105K+ bonus structure + growth runway

• Active, unencumbered Florida RN license (required)
• 1+ year leadership experience
  in home health (Supervisor or DON level)
• Strong understanding of home health regulations & compliance
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
