Clearwater is a provider of engineering, circuit card assembly, OEM Avionics, and MRO services to commercial and military customers, with products and technologies that are diverse and highly sophisticated. WhatYou’ll Do
- Take charge of receiving, shipping, and stocking materials and finished products that fuel our business.
- Pull parts, provide supplies, and proactively solve constraints to ensure our shops and work cells meet customer requirements.
- Handle critical tasks such as customs documentation, certificates of conformance, and generating reports.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external customers, suppliers, and departments such as production, contracts, inspection, and finance.
- Manage material flow, perform cycle counts, release work orders, and act as the liaison between planning, purchasing, and receiving inspection.
- Manage WIP transactions, prep boards for OSP, and generate pick slips, driving production and planning duties for key product lines.
- Research and resolve shortages, manage order requests, and ensure timely delivery of critical parts.
- Serve as a versatile operator across stockroom, shipping, and receiving functions, adapting to dynamic needs and challenges.
- Contribute directly to delivering high-quality products and meeting customer commitments.
- Gain hands‑on experience with industry regulations, logistics, hazardous materials, and cutting‑edge systems like Oracle and Microsoft Office.
