This is a full-time on-site position for a Production Team Member at Southern Stone Cabinets, Inc., located in Clearwater, FL. The Production Team Member will be responsible for assembling, finishing, and packaging cabinetry and closet components. Daily tasks will also include operating machinery, inspecting products for quality assurance, managing materials, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Collaboration with team members and maintaining a clean and organized workspace are expected.

• Hands-on skills in assembly, machine operation, and equipment handling
• Knowledge of quality assurance processes and attention to detail
• Ability to adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Physical capabilities to lift materials and perform manual labor
• Prior experience in manufacturing or cabinetry production is a plus
• Basic understanding of measurements, tools, and industry standards is advantageous
