Overview
Perform electronic and mechanical assembly operations, including wiring, soldering, and sub-assembly work for production and prototype assemblies. Support manufacturing operations by interpreting diagrams and drawings, conducting inspections, and maintaining quality and production standards.

- Contract
- 4/10-1st Shift, Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM EST
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Tools Not Required
- $18.00 - $23.00 Hourly OT40
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 3+ years of work-related experience
- Soldering experience
- Sub-assembly experience
- Working knowledge and experience with wiring and soldering to terminals
- Read, interpret, and apply knowledge of blueprints, manuals, FARs, etc
- Experience using hand and/or power tools
- Ability to perform continuity checks on work in process and completed assemblies
- Perform quality inspections in accordance with quality specifications
- Hands‑on experience to disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications
- Experience running wires
- Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language

- Wire harness Print Reading
- Perform repetitive and non‑repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and mechanical assemblies and subassemblies
- Assemble modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables according to specifications
- Execute sub‑assembly tasks involving wiring and soldering to terminals
- Interpret diagrams and drawings to complete assembly layouts and production activities
- Operate hand and power tools to support assembly and fabrication processes
- Inspect work in process and completed assemblies by conducting continuity checks
- Verify product quality through inspections performed in accordance with quality specifications
- Disassemble, modify, rework, and reassemble experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies
- Test assemblies and subassemblies under simulated operating conditions
- Support manufacturing operations while maintaining compliance with production and quality requirements
- On‑site full‑time work in Clearwater, FL
- Required overtime of 10 hours per week
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Ability to complete Vision/Medical Testing requirements
- Must pass required medical examination as outlined in the supplier guide
