Position SummaryWe are seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Technician with strong mechanical aptitude and experience working with tools, mechanical assemblies, and manufacturing equipment. This role supports production operations, process improvements, prototype builds, tooling development, and troubleshooting in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

ResponsibilitiesSupport daily manufacturing operations and assist with process improvements
Troubleshoot production issues and help determine root causes
Build engineering prototypes and low-volume products
Read and interpret mechanical drawings and work instructions
Use hand tools, measuring instruments, and manufacturing equipment accurately
Assist with tooling design, testing, and validation activities
Collaborate with engineers, machinists, vendors, and production teams
Support training efforts and contribute to risk assessments and design reviews
Ensure processes are followed according to documentation and quality standards

QualificationsStrong mechanical aptitude and experience working with tools is required
Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings
Experience using measuring instruments and inspection tools
Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Experience with Solid Works, AutoCAD, or similar software preferred
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety
Must pass drug test and background check

Preferred QualificationsMinimum 2 years of manufacturing or mechanical experience

Experience with prototypes, tooling, or machining environments
Flexibility to work varied shifts during surge production periods
