Key Responsibilities

  • Review and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to ensure alignment with demand and capacity.
  • Analyze supply and demand balance, identify discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Monitor manufacturing performance against the schedule and adjust plans as necessary to meet delivery commitments.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Procurement, Engineering, and Manufacturing to resolve scheduling issues.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and responsiveness.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in supply chain within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of production scheduling, materials planning, and inventory control processes.
  • Proficiency with material control systems such as MRP and SAP, enabling effective management of master data and production schedules.
  • Experience analyzing supply and demand data to optimize production plans and resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive supply chain improvements and ensure on‑time delivery.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in Materials Management, Operations, SIOP, Inventory Management, Procurement, Logistics, or Manufacturing.
  • Good knowledge of MRP/SAP systems and certifications such as APICS or CPIM.
  • Strong project management and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization and lead change initiatives.
