PDS Tech Commercial Inc is seeking candidates for an Assembly & Test Technician position in Clearwater, FL for our client Honeywell.

Consultant Temp to Perm
Pay Rate: $22.50 per hour
Schedule: 1st shift 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, 2nd Shift 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM, M‑Fr
Role
Summary:
As a Technician at PDS Tech Commercial you’ll assemble and test components to ensure quality and functionality. Your attention to detail will support our team’s success.
- Assemble systems and components per technical specifications.
- Inspect and troubleshoot products to identify and resolve issues.
- Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
- Keep accurate records of assembly and delivery defects.
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams to improve processes, product quality, and efficiency.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Associate’s degree in a technical field (preferred).
- Experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Competitive pay rate of $22.50 per hour.
