Pride Staff -  - Responsibilities:
High-Tolerance Production:
Consistently produce precision metal components, hitting rigorous production quotas while maintaining tolerances.;
Technical Quality Control:
Perform real-time inspections using micrometers, calipers, and go/no-go gauges to ensure every part remains within the 'allowable zone.';
Machine Optimization:
Manage the operation of Yang or Index platforms at maximum efficiency.;
Blueprint Literacy:
Navigate and interpret complex technical drawings and GD&T symbols to ensure every part meets the 'as-designed' specifications.;
Material Integrity:
Monitor tool wear and perform necessary offset adjustments to compensate for material variances during high-speed runs.
