WHK Bio Systems is seeking a Rubber Molding Operator to join our growing manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in manufacturing, even if they do not have prior molding experience. The Rubber Molding Operator will support daily production activities by operating molding equipment, inspecting parts, following work instructions, and maintaining quality standards in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

• Operate rubber molding equipment and related production machinery.
• Follow work instructions, quality standards, and production schedules.
• Inspect molded parts for quality and report defects or production concerns.
• Trim, package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment or next operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Assist with machine setup, material handling, and basic production support tasks as needed.
• Work closely with supervisors, quality personnel, and team members to meet production goals.
• Support continuous improvement efforts and maintain a positive team environment.

• Manufacturing, machine operation, or production experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn and be trained on molding equipment and production processes.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with others.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
