BJ's Wholesale Club - - Responsibilities:
Lead Bakery Department Operations:
Maintain bakery operational standards and ensure efficient production and high-quality prepared foods;
Manage Inventory Proactively:
Ensure proper product availability by monitoring inventory levels and replenishment;
Analyze Production and Sales:
Track and analyze sales, waste, and shrink data to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction;
Sanitation and Safety Compliance:
Maintain compliance with safety regulations and Serv Safe guidelines, equipment maintenance and cleanliness of bakery equipment;
Report Operational Concerns and Product Rotation:
Escalate issues, apply FIFO rotation procedures, and conduct quality/date checks
