Job Description
As a Test Technician - Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in supporting our aerospace testing operations. Your expertise will contribute to the evaluation and validation of aircraft systems and components, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance and safety.
You will report directly to our supervisor, and you’ll work out of our Clearwater, FL location on an onsite work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and reliability of our aerospace products by conducting rigorous testing and analysis, providing critical data that informs design and engineering decisions.
Responsibilities- Assemble aerospace components and systems according to specification
- Conduct tests and inspections to ensure product quality and reliability
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the assembly and testing process
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
- Maintain accurate documentation of assembly and test activities
- 2+ years of experience in assembly and testing of aerospace components or a similar field
- Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
- Electronic Diagnostic experience
- Be able to solder under J-STD regulations
- Proficient at Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Experience with precision measuring instruments and tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work in a team environment
