Assembly / Manufacturing Technician Intern
Internship Opportunity!
Full‑Time Summer Hours | Able to do Part‑Time During the School Year
Pay: $15.00/hr.
Gain hands‑on experience working alongside engineers and manufacturing professionals while supporting product assembly, testing, and process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with manufacturing and assembly operations
- Assemble engineering prototypes and low‑volume products
- Help identify and troubleshoot production issues
- Support process, tooling, and technology improvements
- Perform product testing and validation activities
- Create and update work instructions and build documentation
- Collaborate with engineers, technical specialists, and machining professionals
- Assist with training and continuous improvement efforts
- Pursuing or recently completed an Associate degree in a technical field (or equivalent experience)
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings
- Experience using measurement and inspection tools
- Experience with Solid Works preferred
- Detail‑oriented with a strong commitment to quality
