Manufacturing Technician – Assembly

Pay: $15.00–$16.00/hr. (based on experience)

Schedule: Full-Time

Kelly Services is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to support assembly operations, prototype builds, testing, and process improvements in a manufacturing environment.

• Assemble prototypes and low-volume production products

• Support manufacturing and assembly operations

• Troubleshoot production issues and assist with process improvements

• Develop work instructions and build procedures

• Perform product testing and validation activities

• Collaborate with engineers, machinists, and technical teams

• Assist with tooling development and employee training

• Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience

• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings

• Experience using measurement and inspection tools

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Solid Works experience preferred
