Production Team Leader HRLY - Full Time (Clearwater, FL, US)
Job SummaryPerform daily operations of the plant to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line, including Service Shops. Accountable for own work quality, operating under a clear set of instructions and systems checks within a well‑defined operations framework.
Responsibilities- Oversight and management of front‑line manufacturing employees, typically hourly personnel.
- Develop conceptual knowledge of the professional discipline and support specialized roles when needed.
- Apply general business knowledge acquired through education or experience and understand how the team's work contributes to the area.
- Resolve issues using established procedures; consult supervisors for matters outside defined parameters.
- Collaborate with others to solve problems; for customer‑facing duties, develop strong customer relationships and serve as the interface between the customer and GE.
- Outside the USA:
Basic experience in manufacturing & production supervision with knowledge equivalent to a bachelor’s degree (or high school diploma with relevant experience). - In the USA:
Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of related experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.

Pay Range: $68,500 - $102,800 (U.S. positions) with a geographic differential of 110%, 120%, or 130% in certain areas.
Bonus Eligibility:
Discretionary annual bonus.
