Production Team Leader HRLY - Full Time (Clearwater, FL, US)

Perform daily operations of the plant to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line, including Service Shops. Accountable for own work quality, operating under a clear set of instructions and systems checks within a well‑defined operations framework.

• Oversight and management of front‑line manufacturing employees, typically hourly personnel.
• Develop conceptual knowledge of the professional discipline and support specialized roles when needed.
• Apply general business knowledge acquired through education or experience and understand how the team's work contributes to the area.
• Resolve issues using established procedures; consult supervisors for matters outside defined parameters.
• Collaborate with others to solve problems; for customer‑facing duties, develop strong customer relationships and serve as the interface between the customer and GE.

• Outside the USA:
  Basic experience in manufacturing & production supervision with knowledge equivalent to a bachelor’s degree (or high school diploma with relevant experience).
• In the USA:
  Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of related experience.

• Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.

Pay Range: $68,500 - $102,800 (U.S. positions) with a geographic differential of 110%, 120%, or 130% in certain areas.

Bonus Eligibility:
Discretionary annual bonus.
