• 1+ years of hands‑on experience as a Repair Technician or similar technical role
• Proven experience troubleshooting and calibrating test instruments (metering)
• Strong background using calibration equipment, including automated systems
• Demonstrated troubleshooting expertise across electrical or electronic systems
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment, testing and troubleshooting quickly without sacrificing quality
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and precision Manufacturing background
